All orders are custom designed and made to order.

SHIPPING FEES

We offer $4.99 flat rate shipping within the United States. Orders over $50 received free shipping. International shipping, is calculated at checkout. 

RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of personalized products, we are unable to accept returns, but customer satisfaction is a top priority and we will work with our customers on any issues. 

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us at hello@ourplatter.com with your order number and details about the product within 5 days of delivery. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to receive a replacement item.
