🌿HOW IT WORKS🌿
1. Shortly after ordering, you will receive the full recipe instructions by email. Please read before sending your photo. There isn't a way to upload the recipe when ordering.
2. Submit a high quality scan or photo of the recipe through email to hello@ourplatter.com. If you're not sure, feel free to send me a message or copy of your recipe to review.
3. Your original handwriting will be carefully preserved and a design will be created and a mockup sent to you for review.
4. After approval, your one-of-a-kind keepsake platter is made to order!

Q: My recipe is on the front and back (separate pictures), can you combine them?
A: Yes, send separate images and I will combine into one on the platter.

Q: My recipe has graphics on the card, but I only want the text. Can you remove it?
A: Yes, I can remove the graphics around the recipe card to use only the text.

Q: My recipe has lines, will they be removed?
A: It depends on the recipe image. In most cases, I remove the lines if I can. If the image doesn't allow for that, then I keep them on there.

Q: I only have a typed version of the recipe, can you use that?
A: Yes, send your typed recipe document, and it can be used with font selection options available.
