Due to the nature of personalized products, we are unable to accept returns, but customer satisfaction is a top priority and we will work with our customers on any issues.
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and details about the product within 2 weeks of delivery. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to receive a replacement item.
We offer flat rate shipping within the United States. For international shipping, please contact us at email@example.com so we can give a proper shipping estimate for your order.
