I am so excited about the custom plate I got for my sister! The seller gave me exactly what I had envisioned. We are very pleased and can't wait for her to get to use it!

My only complaint was the amount of time it took to get the item. I was under the impression it would be two weeks before shipping. It took 1.5 weeks from purchase to get the mockup for approval. At that time I was informed it would be another 7-9 business days before the order would ship. From purchase to arrival was exactly 4 weeks. That being said, I may have misunderstood the policy plus she states limitations with the company due to the virus. Regardless, the four weeks of wait was completely worth it. I highly suggest this shop but want customers to be prepared for an extended wait time before ordering.
